LTQA has announced the dates for two upcoming webinars: August 9th 2:30-3:30 pm & August 28th 2:00-3:00 pm.
The webinars will describe long term services and supports (LTSS) and the impact of transitions on older adults receiving LTSS; examine the impact of the Affordable Care Act on improving care transitions for older adults receiving LTSS; discuss the opportunities and threats presented by three provisions for improving care transitions; and describe short- and long-term policy strategies that will ensure the law's effective implementation and improve health and quality of life and reduce costs for older adults receiving LTSS.
